Waterway Hi-Flo single-speed pump

This single-speed Waterway Hi-Flo massage pump is used by several major spa brands. It has an EMG Italian-made water-resistant motor and a high-performance wet end.

We also offer a single-speed version of this pump.

Many Waterway pumps have a sticker on the wet end that indicates a higher power rating (often 3.0 HP in the case of this pump). Ignore it! Waterway uses the same wet end in conjunction with a more powerful motor for the North American market and the sticker corresponds to the American version.

Connections
Male threaded with a 78 mm outside diameter.
This pump is normally connected to 2-inch pipes. We offer unions for 1.5-inch and 63 mm pipes

Cables and plugs
The Waterway Hi-Flo pump is delivered without plug and cable or with a AMP plug.

Installations equipped with a mini J&J plug must select the AMP plug option and use a adapter from AMP to mini J&J (sold separately), or reuse the cable from their existing pump if it is in good condition.

Capacitor
Just in case you need to replace it one day, it's a 25µF.

Similar pump
The Balboa / HydroAir HA440NG pump has the same motor power and thread size as the Hi-Flo, and roughly similar dimensions. If you want to replace your pump with another model, you must check the use of space and the fixing distances as pipe connection adjustments may be necessary.
