Waterway Gunite spa jets

Waterway's Gunite jet systems are for the confident DIY self builders who want to build their own concrete spa. Depending on the size of your future spa, the number of jets and the type of massage you want, and most importantly your taste, you can choose between the Mini Storm, Poly Storm, Power Storm and Poly Jet ranges.

How does it work? The Waterway Gunite system consists of 6 pieces of pipework (see illustration below), regardless of the range selected:
  • a jet body
  • a rigid 2.5" pipe which is cemented into place. This is the main element to be put in place before pouring the concrete, so its length must take into account the thickness of the spa wall and all the elements to be connected to it!
  • a jet niche adapter also set in concrete and connected to the 2.5" pipe.
  • a threaded retaining ring, which is screwed into the socket and into which the rigid 1" pipe is glued
  • the wall fitting that will hold any jet from the chosen range: Mini Storm, Poly Storm, Power Storm and Poly Jet.

|cut| Don't forget the handy measuring tool which allows you to cut the 1" pipe to the correct length in order to connect the corresponding wall fitting.

. Finally, we recommend that you refer to our drawings for the construction of a concrete hot tub, with modifications to the pipework dimensions of course!
