This stainless steel fountain cover is a spare part for the Waterway 9" Cascade assembly (part numbers 675-3700S and 675-3708LS).
It has two screw holes spaced 187 mm apart. You will need two stainless steel screws, which are not included with the cover, to fix it in place.
