Pump spare parts

On this page are some spare parts for the most common spa pumps, from entire wet ends and their components – impellers, flanges, o-rings, and wet end seals (we’ve explained here how to identify and replace this part) – to motors and fan covers.

Before you replace your pump, make sure that it is definitely unrepairable. A motor problem or a significant deterioration means that you need to replace your entire pump. However, minor issues mean you only need to replace certain parts. A spa pump can work for 5, 10 years. But to reach that age, you need to check the parts from time to time, and replace them if they’re too old or defective.

We recommend you replace small parts (gaskets, flanges, seals, etc.) when there is an unusual problem on a relatively new pump. If your pump is more than 4 or 5 years old and there is a problem with the wet end, you should probably replace the entire wet end. All the pieces will be made for one another, so there’s no risk of incompatibility problems. Spare part manufacturers (Waterway, Balboa, LX Whirlpool, Aqua-Flo by Gecko, etc.) tend to slightly change their spare parts throughout the years.

Before ordering, check the brand of your pump, its dimension (whether its a 48-Frame or a 56-Frame), the motor brand (especially for the Aqua-Flo Flo-Master XP2 and XP2e 56-Frame pumps), and its power rating.
