LX Whirlpool LP/WP air bleed adapter new model

This adapter screws in place of the drain plug on the faceplate of LX Whirlpool LP and WP pumps, and is often used to connect a small pipe which helps prime the pump.

LX Whirlpool changed the type of screw thread used on their pump faceplates a few years back (we're not sure of the exact year), and this adapter fits the new thread only. It is easy to tell the two types apart because the drain plugs and adapters have a letter moulded into the plastic : N for the new type, and M for the old ones. The old plugs and adapters are no longer manufactured.

Do not forget the seal !
