Information regarding the Covid-19 pandemic

Today, our priority is the health of all of us, our customers, our employees and our families, so we'd like to let you know how Tubs Parts is handling the progressive exit from lockdown.

Orders and delivery of your parcels

We do everything to maintain a level of service that will meet your expectations. Our staff is observing all hygiene recommendations during the preparation of your parcels to ensure the safety of our employees as well as yours.

We do our utmost to ensure that your parcels are delivered as quickly as possible. However, although the deconfinement process has been underway since May 11th, delivery of your order may be delayed.

We have anticipated our supplies as much as possible, but a few products are out of stock as the entire supply chain of our partners and suppliers has been turned upside down. We cannot predict the exact arrival time of some of these deliveries, but we are working to ensure that products will reach you as soon as possible

Mainland France and Belgium

Parcels for metropolitan France and Belgium can be delivered to your home by Colissimo or to your home or a parcel collection point by Chronopost.

The home delivery service by Colissimo is only available for parcels weighing less than 20 kg. Parcels weighing more than 20 kg can only be delivered by Chronopost.

Colissimo: As of Monday, May 11, collections, deposits and distribution of parcels will be made on a 5-day basis, from Monday to Friday, with a gradual return to a 6-day a week organisation in the coming weeks.

All other destinations

As of Monday, May 11, all postal codes are served. Please note that we can no longer ship parcels that weigh more than 20 kg.

Telephone assistance

In recent weeks, a large part of the Tubs Parts team has been able to work remotely from home in a secure environment. We will continue to de so, as the events that we are seeing now reaffirm our commitment to contribute to a progressive and controlled lockdown exit.

Reopening of our shop in Passy

Your Tubs Parts store in Passy reopened on Tuesday, May 12 ! In order to ensure the maximum safety of our employees and customers, we have organised a number of measures: use of single-use gloves, limiting contact between people to a minimum, scrupulous respect for barrier gestures, regular disinfection of work areas and wearing of masks or visors if there is contact with customers.
