Jacuzzi headrest grommet

This grommet is used to secure the original headrests on various Jacuzzi spa models. It is installed behind the spa shell and holds the headrest in place.

It is sold individually.

Compatible with the following models:

• J-445 and J-435: spas manufactured from October 2017
• J-485 and J-475: 2019 and newer models
• J-300 Series: all models from 2020 onward

The nut is also sold separately.
