Cover Valet cover lifter
The original Cover Valet cover lifter makes it easy to remove the cover and enjoy your spa. Because it requires very little clearance behind the hot tub it is perfect for those tight situations. It even fits inside of most Gazebos. Two gas struts make it easy to lift the cover and the safety lock will keep it there. It has a durable and attractive powder-coat finish and stainless steel hardware. The Cover Valet is mounted directly to the hot tub.
The Cover Valet is available in two versions, the CV250 and the CV400. The difference is the strength of the gas shocks. The CV400 is for larger (and generally heavier covers). The manufacturer recommends the CV250 for spas up to 225 cm wide, and the CV400 for hot tubs between 225 cm and 255 cm.
A cover that is too light for the CV400 may not properly close as it won't adequately compress the gas shocks.
