The length is the same as the length of the filter body, without its handle and screw thread. This special threaded filter is only compatible with Canadian Spa's Toronto model because it has a "special" coarse thread.

It is imbued with Microban, which prevents bacteria from multiplying on the surface of the filter. The New Zealand brand Magnum also uses Reemay technology, which is found in many filtration applications because of its strength and quality. Designed with continuous filaments to prevent fraying and tearing, Reemay is resistant to chemicals, an important feature for treated spa water. Reemay fabric is durable and easy to clean.
