3/8" pump air-bleed adapter

This adapter from 1/4" MPT to 3/8" smooth is often used in air-bleed valves and pump drain valves. The threaded end can be screwed into the drainage point on the wet end of Waterway and Aqua-Flo pumps, among others, and this part is used to connect a small pipe to help prime the pump.

It comes without gasket, to be purchased separately.

Compatible pumps
Waterway Iron Might, Aqua-Flo Flo-Master XP2 and XP2e single and two-speed, Balboa and HydroAir, and recent models from LX Whirlpool.
