The Laing Vario replaces the popular E10, used by major spa manufacturers like Dimension One, Sundance and Hot Spring.  This clever little pump has no spindle, so it is almost impossible for water to leak from the wet end into the motor.

The Vario has a couple of improvements compared to its predecessor, the E10.  Firstly, it does not use a capacitor, thus eliminating the single most common failure pump for most pumps.
Secondly, you can adjust the speed of the pump with a dial on the back of the motor.  For the same flow rate as the E10 (but at lower energy consumption), we suggest that you select speed 4 or 5.

Pipe connections
3/4" (21 mm external diameter), for connecting to flexible pipe using a hose clip.
There are versions of this pump with other sizes of pipe connection, but they are rarely used in hot tubs and we do not keep them in stock.  Please contact us if you need one.

Cable and plug
The pump is delivered without a cable.

Power consumption
9W - 63W, depending on the speed selected.  Use setting 3 or 4 for similar performance to a 70W Laing E10 pump.
